How do I cancel my subscription?

Click "Manage subscription" in any Paddle billing email, or go to Dashboard → Plan. Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
What's the refund policy?

No charge if you cancel within the 3-day free trial. Payments already processed are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
How is the AI Content Assistant (AI clips) priced?

Separate from your base plan, the AI Content Assistant is billed only for what you use. The first 3 clips are free; after that each clip costs 1 credit. Top up with 20 credits for $9 or 60 for $19 — purchased credits never expire.
